As we use Google Checkout your money is completely secure and protected, as are your payment details. We do not store any payment details, Google handle the whole process from start to finish. If for any reason your products are not received then a full refund will be provided. All orders are tracked and therefore easily traceable. You have the ability to track orders yourself and a tracking number will be provided on purchase.

Smokies4u will endeavor to provide the Customer with the product of their choice however, where this is not possible, the Company will notify the Customer via email or telephone. Smokies4u accepts no liability for the non-availability of any products. In the event that the Customer’s chosen product is not available, a refund will be offered to the Customer.
INTERNATIONAL DUTY LAWS
It is your responsibility to determine whether Internet purchases of cigarettes in your area are prohibited under local laws. In the event that you are charged duty upon receiving your parcel you have a choice to pay the duty or refuse the package. In case if the package is returned to us, you will receive a FULL refund for the order. However this is very rare and is an unlikely event as we only deliver 1 carton in each package they are always delivered through customs.

Delivery of goods
Goods are delivered by Registered Mail and need to be signed for upon arrival. In the unlikely event that your goods are not received in good time, please email us at [email protected] quoting your order number. If you are not able to quote the order number, please provide your name, the delivery address and the approximate date of your order. We will track the order and issue a full refund.
Delivering time
The average delivery time to the UK and Europe is 1-2 weeks and to other countries the average delivery time is 3 – 5 weeks. In some very rare occurrences your packages may be delayed in the process of shipping, please let us know so we can track your packages.
Shipping price
The shipping price is 5 pounds for one parcel. All orders are shipped product by product to guarantee delivery.
Shipping info
All orders are shipped within 72 hours once your credit card has been validated, excluding weekends and holidays. In the event that your order is split up into two or more parcels, the parcels are shipped at a rate of one a day. Since these parcels are shipped on different days, there is a chance that their arrival could be a few days apart. In order to avoid fraud and to protect our valuable customers we ship via Registered Mail only.
Guarantee
